By accessing our website or purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. General Provisions

1.1. Girish Event & Entertainment is an event organization company based in Australia, primarily serving the Nepalese and Bhutanese communities. 1.2. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.

2. Ticket Purchases and Payment

2.1. All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or refunded except as required by Australian Consumer Law or as stated in Section 3. 2.2. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. 2.3. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Girish Event & Entertainment does not store your full credit card details.

3. Event Cancellation, Rescheduling, or Changes

3.1. If an event is cancelled in its entirety, you will be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket. 3.2. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, refund requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified by the event organizers. 3.3. Girish Event & Entertainment reserves the right to add, withdraw, or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, seating arrangements, and venue capacity without prior notice.

4. Admission and Conduct

4.1. You must present a valid ticket (electronic or printed) to gain entry to an event. 4.2. Venue management and Girish Event & Entertainment reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly, who uses inappropriate language, or who fails to comply with venue rules. 4.3. Some events may have age restrictions (e.g., 18+ for certain dance parties or concerts). It is the buyer's responsibility to check age requirements before purchasing. Valid ID may be required at the door.

5. Movies and Screenings

5.1. For movie screenings, tickets are valid only for the specific time and location printed on the ticket. 5.2. Classification ratings (e.g., G, PG, M, MA15+) must be strictly adhered to. We reserve the right to refuse entry if age requirements are not met.

6. Photography and Filming

6.1. By attending a Girish Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded as a member of the audience. 6.2. Girish Event & Entertainment may use such footage for promotional and marketing purposes on social media, websites, and television without further notice or compensation to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the extent permitted by law, Girish Event & Entertainment is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage (including personal property) suffered by you while attending an event. 7.2. We are not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1. Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect data necessary for processing your ticket and providing event updates.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. All content on https://girishevent.com.au/, including logos, text, images, and videos, is the property of Girish Event & Entertainment and is protected by copyright laws.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the event takes place and the Commonwealth of Australia.
